Serving at First Baptist.

We exist to bring glory to God by making disciples through gospel-centered worship, gospel-centered community, and gospel-centered service. Out of this gospel-centered service is the overflow of discipleship, serving those in and outside the church. We have people who serve through tree cleanup after storms, mowing at the children's home, serving meals, serving the homeless, serving our missionaries around the globe to name a few. Most of these opportunities come through being involved in a ministry group. If you would like more information on how you can get involved, click here [I want to serve] and we will connect you to our ministry leaders.

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." —Matthew 28:19-20

"He gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes."

—Ephesians 4:11-14
